AIMS AND OBJECTS

  1. To the advancement of the objects of general public utility which includes:

    1. To promote Culture of Peace and Lawfulness.
    2. To make the citizens aware of their fundamental duties and other legal obligations viz.,
      1. To uphold and protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India.
      2. To renounce practices derogatory to the dignity of women.
      3. To promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood amongst all people of India and other nations transcending religious, linguistic, and regional or sectional diversities.
      4. To defend the country and render national service when called upon to do so.
      5. To safeguard public property and to abjure violence.
      6. To strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity, so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavor and achievement.
      7. To abide by the Constitution and respect the National Flag and the National Anthem.
    3. To inculcate the habit among the citizens of India to be truthful and prompt in meeting legal obligations to pay income and other taxes to the government in a timely manner, enabling the government to increase welfare measures for citizens, such as free medical aid, education, and other essential services.
    4. To enforce fundamental and human rights and promote democratic values to counter terrorism activities by coordinating with Local, National, and International Government and Non-Governmental Organizations.
    5. To protect citizens from possible threats who comply with legal obligations under Section 39 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, or any other statutes to prevent crimes, antisocial activities, including terrorism acts.
    6. To promote voluntary organizations/divisions providing a 24/7 helpline to attend to emergency needs of citizens in coordination with Governmental and other agencies.
    7. To protect academic, technical, and professional education, and create a productive environment by safeguarding individuals, trade, and industry, including duty-bound public servants from disturbances that may lead to public disorder, violence, or injury.
  2. To carry out education, medical relief, relief of the poor, and to protect and improve the natural environment, including forests, lakes, rivers, and wildlife, and to have compassion for living creatures either directly or by financially or otherwise supporting organizations carrying out these charitable activities.
